This information is only provided to the tournament or event organizers for any events that you have registered. This information will never be sold or otherwise given to others or outside third parties except as required by law.

We may from time to time use your information to encourage you to subscribe to our email advertising for new events.

We encourage you to subscribe to US Chess email at https://new.uschess.org/form/communication-preferences including “Bulk Email.” These various email components help organizers to keep advertising costs much lower than physical mail.

We also encourage you to subscribe to our email service or the email services for other chess providers.

If you are concerned about too much chess spam, set up a chess folder in your email and send all chess emails there to keep your main Inbox email free.
